It is the morning of the 23rd day of March, of the year 1257.
Cosmo visits the nearest location of interest, Zendar Palace. Cosmo talked to Constable Hareck who told Cosmo that the Archduke Arrasies has offered to pay 100 denar for every group of River Pirates a honest, law-abiding subject kills.
Cosmo sold his crossbow and bolts to Henrick the weapons dealer for about 17 denars to help pay for food.
Cosmo heads south to Zendar a town of 1,400. There he talks with a villager from Zendar who expressed the need for tools. Maybe Cosmo can help out these villagers after he has come up in the world.

Cosmo visits the Zendar tavern where Cosmo meets Ramun, a slave trader who buys slaves from “individuals” for a galley, Cosmo thinks this could be a way for him to help pay for his means.
Cosmo visits a merchant in Zendar who has high prices for her items. Cosmo will have to eat his smoked fish for while.
Cosmo visited the Zendar blacksmith and weapon smith. He had his eye on a cracked light lance but it costs 89 denars and he only has 86. The weapon smith is selling a similar crossbow to the one Cosmo sold for food for over 100 denars.
Cosmo rides out from Zendar and meets a traveling peasant who talked about a town called Tihr west of Zendar along the coast. She mentions the city hosts tournaments from time to time with an award for the winner. Thinking that this might be a source of income, Cosmo starts to follow the coastline to the west.
Cosmo spots a group of looters across a bridge and heads back toward Zendar. Cosmo meets with a group of farmers from Zendar who are heading west, Cosmo follows the farmers and they pass by a lone adventurer at the bridge who is attacked by River Pirates. Cosmo attempts to appeal to the farmers to help the adventurer, but the farmers ignore his words.
Cosmo crosses the bridge and follows the coast, he soon notices a city to the south that looks poor and neglected.
Cosmo talks with the Village Elder and asks if there are any tasks that he needs done. The Village Elder says that the town is suffering at the hands of a group of bandits. He is looking for a experienced warrior to teach the villagers how to fight. But Cosmo does not wish to delay his journey to Tihr for he fears that if he does not acquire some denars, he will die from starvation along with the towns people.
Cosmo returns to the coast and continues to travel west.
Cosmo arrives at Tihr of the kingdom of Nords in the early evening and seeks the arena which the adventurer mentioned.
Cosmo fought the gladiator champion in five one on one matches and won two out of five. He received 500 denars and 400 experience.
Cosmo bought a bent pitchfork for 24 denars.
Cosmo talked with the guild master of Tihr who says he can offer offer a job with for people looking for honest work. The guild master explained that Warchief Aedin is the town’s Lord and protector. He lives in the castle and sometimes resides there and collects taxes from the town.
The guild master says town could use help getting rid of looters around the town area. Cosmo accepts the duty of helping the town remove the looters and in return gets 40 denars for each group of looters captured or killed.
Cosmo heads west along the coast to Fenada of the kingdom of Nords to recruit help in fighting the looters. No villagers are willing to join Cosmo.
Cosmo headed south east to Haen of the kingdom of Nords and recruited 2 villagers for 20 denars.
Cosmo then roamed around Haen and fought a group of looters and thieves.
The only thing of value to Cosmo that the looters had was a +6 head armor woolen cap, it does get quite cold at night you know.
